ER4043 aluminum-silicon welding wire with high versatility, the deposited metal has good resistance to hot cracking and can also ensure certain mechanical properties. However, in the case of anodizing treatment, the color of the weld metal differs from that of the base material. It has a wide range of applications, such as ships, locomotives, chemicals, food, sports equipment, automotive manufacturing, furniture, containers, container manufacturing, etc.

ER4047 aluminum-silicon eutectic alloy welding wire. The welding properties and weld characteristics are similar to those of HS4043, but the flowability of the weld pool is better. It is suitable for welding aluminum and aluminum-silicon, aluminum-magnesium, aluminum-magnesium-silicon, aluminum-manganese and other alloys.

ER5356 general-purpose aluminum-magnesium alloy welding wire with a small amount of Ti and 5% magnesium. It has good corrosion resistance, resistance to hot cracking, and high strength. It has excellent welding process performance, stable arc, beautiful weld bead formation, and low spatter. It is used for the welding of aluminum-zinc-magnesium alloy, repair welding of aluminum-magnesium castings, and the welding of aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy and aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy. ER5183 aluminum-magnesium alloy welding wire with a higher Mn content, high strength, and good corrosion resistance. This welding material has excellent welding process performance, stable arc, beautiful weld bead formation, and low spatter. It is suitable for welding aluminum-magnesium alloys and can be applied to chemical pressure vessels, nuclear industry, shipbuilding, refrigeration, boilers, aerospace, etc.

ER5087 aluminum-magnesium alloy welding wire with around 4.5% Mg content and a small amount of Mn, Cr, Zr elements. It is widely used in the welding of aluminum alloy structures that require higher strength, crack resistance, bendability, and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for welding aluminum-magnesium alloys and can be applied to offshore platforms, marine engineering, railways, shipbuilding, and low-temperature storage tanks.

ER5554 aluminum alloy welding wire with 2.7% magnesium content, has good processability and features such as good corrosion resistance and color matching for anodizing. It is suitable for welding 5454 aluminum alloy and can be applied to chemical storage tanks, automobile wheel hubs, highway trailers, railway containers, etc.
